Role: Plasterer
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Central Scotland – Mobile role

Your Purpose:
To deliver exceptional property services to all our customers and clients which align with key performance indicators and targets, ensuring high standards are consistently met together with observing all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

What you’re responsible for:
Job Details

• Capable of applying plaster internally to walls and ceilings.
• Carrying out solid plastering as well as applying wet finishes.
• Fitting internal plasterboards, dry lining, capable of plaster repairs and renovations.
• Working as part of a multi skilled team of trades.

 
Compliance

• Provide timely and accurate electronic worksheets/timesheets, paper-based documents, and detailed reports.
• Provide before and after photos of work completed.
• Ensure 100% adherence to client scanning on/off requirements.
• Maintain and exercise divergence with company equipment, highlighting defects to line managers when required.
• Driving in a safe and diligent manner, observing road traffic legislation and a strong awareness of parking best practice in line with company policy.

General

• Comply with company-wide policies and procedures.
• Participate in training activities, departmental meetings, and toolbox talks.
• Carry out other duties consistent with the post holder’s knowledge and skills.
